Dixon Golf to hold AZ recycling event

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - As a prelude to the Greatest Show on Grass, Dixon Golf is holding a recycling event to from January 6-9 at the PGA Tour Superstore in Scottsdale.

The first 100 people each day who recycle at least one dozen golf balls will receive a general admission pass to the Waste Management Phoenix Open.

Those who bring in the most balls each day will get a pair of Member's Club passes.

The Tempe based golf ball company is the first manufacturer to make a golf ball that is meant to be completely recycled.

Dixon collected over 144,000 golf balls last year.

Once again the golf balls collected will this year will be used at the 18th hole's water feature as well as being used in other tournament displays.
