A Full Plate Cafe is celebrating its 6th Annual Rib-Off by adding an even newer division: This year, the restaurant?s competition is accepting applications from both professional AND amateur teams. In their own words:
Why sign up? AFP?s Annual Rib Cook-Off is a grillin` great time. You get to spend a beautiful late-summer?s day in a park while cooking and sharing food with the Philly community. A portion of the proceeds also go to Teens 4 Good, an urban farming program helping the youth transform into healthy, responsible adults. It?s a combination of friendly competition, community involvement, and charity.
Round up your friends, duke it out over whose recipe is really the best, and get crackin?.
